 The members of the Southwest Florida Concierge and Guest Services Association are dedicated to the fine art of personal service. Our goal as members is not only to do our jobs with passion and commitment but also to increase the professionalism and establishing ethical standards of the concierge in Southwest Florida. Developing mutually beneficial ties with the local business community to echange ideas, concerns and creating an informational network. By promoting the profession of the concierge through increased community awareness we inturn establish and nurture strong ties with local media representatives to further the development of the concierge concept. Expanding the horizons of the concierge and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth is one of our key concepts.
